On Wednesday 4th December Mrs Bullock and Mrs Smith took 7.2 to the Tara International Kadampa Retreat Centre. The students learned about the teachings of Buddha and participated in some mediation. Everyone had a fantastic day and left the centre feeling totally relaxed.
